EAGLES U10 GIRLS BLUE TAKE MEAD TOURNEY - The u10 Girls Blue battled tough competition and blazing heat to win the Gold division of the MEAD/CUSA Labor day tournament in Dayton. During group play two convincing wins and a tie meant they advanced to the semi Finals where they met NWC Alliance. Things didn't look great at halftime with the Eagles trailing 2-0, but a spirited second half saw the girls play their way the back into the game and end triumphant 4-3 winners. This meant a fifth game for the weekend!, but they didn't mind as this was a chance to play for the Championship. In the Final they met Westside Premier who had a (4-0) record on the weekend. As the game progressed it was clear both sides were feeling the effects of a long and hot weekend but the Eagles spirit never gave up and carried them to a 4-1 victory. Congratulations Girls!

'08 STATE CUP ROUND UP!
Eagles SC U15 Girls win the 2008 State Cup Final over CUP Red 4:1 in
convincing fashion! Eagles SC had a very tough draw in the tournament dispatching CUP White
(2:1) and CFA (1:0) who are both in MRL first division. In the final four
they met Ohio Elite who were a State Cup finalist last year beating them

INTRO TO OUR JUNIOR EAGLES PROGRAM - Introducing a new program being offered to
the community for the youngest of players, boys and girls, ages 6, 7, and 8 years old.
Eagles SC and staff have provided the Upper Arlington area professional soccer training at the select club level for over
15 years. We will now strive to start teaching the fundamentals and skills to kids just getting introduced to the game at
the recreational level. Benefits of learning the game earlier and getting the proper instruction will make kids more
prepared for soccer in the years to come and will increase their knowledge and enjoyment of the game.
