The program gives younger players access to full-time coaches who will help them grow in an age-appropriate setting, with no added pressure for messing up or making mistakes with the soccer ball. This team free, player pool system helps young players to play soccer simply for fun rather than placing any significant burden to win, yet still helps to develop teamwork and provide healthy social activity.
